Coordinated existing conditions data generated by
urban renewal process. Prepared concept
improvement plan for the neighborhood, organized
and facilitated group discussion on impact of
concept on homeowners and public policy.

Bremerton Housing Authority – Strategic Master
Plan – Planning Consultant
Developed and facilitated resident and off-site
stakeholder’s conversations for redevelopment of
the community. Prepared all graphic presentations,
analyzed existing conditions, coordinated master
plan effort between the housing authority and the
design team.

SUNY at Buffalo Landscape Master Plan – Citizen
Participation Component – Consultant to Wendel

Designed and developed Citizen Involvement
Component of comprehensive Landscape Master
Plan for both the urban and suburban campus.
Created survey of stakeholders, coordinated
strategic planning sessions, developed strategic
planning model and matrix for information to be
used by Design Development Team.

University of the Virgin Islands Master Plan, Office
of the President, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands
Coordinated development of University Strategic
Planning process with university faculty, staff,
community members. Developed survey
instruments, graphic presentations reports.
Estimated demand for alternative sites for higher
education throughout the island.

Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency, CDC
Implementation Plan for the Masten District
Developed and facilitated strategic planning session
for community leaders involved in establishing a
community development corporation. Full day
working session to set Mission and corporate
objectives.

St. Thomas Livestock Association, St. Thomas, US

Created strategic planning model and economic
development plan for community organization which included organizational development, presentations,
coordination with public and private agencies.
