Plan & Develop Research Group

Welcome to our site

The Plan Develop Research Group has been formed in order to respond to a variety of problems connected with the process of urbanization.

The associates are concerned primarily with habitat issues that embrace both the human as well as the ecological aspects of the built environment.

We view the human settlement as a space wherein individuals and cultures should be nurtured, protected, empowered, and content.

Planners and designers have an ethical and moral obligation to be responsive to the values of our clients and the potential users of spaces, neighborhoods, and communities.

We strive to protect the cultural values that have been preserved in the artifacts that have been left by both the master builders as well as craftsmen, and we desire to protect the patterns and sacred identity that community members assign to space by their manipulation of the material environment.

The design process is an excellent vehicle for decision-making. We should attempt to raise the level of consciousness of individuals and communities regarding the aesthetic and nurturing qualities of space whether it is a home or a master plan.
